One year, many lessons

365 days with Ha-Shem Limited. I don't regret the decision, instead, I have lessons that will be useful to me and as many eyes that see this, going forward.

Do not neglect the magic of fate

At a given time, providence will bring teachers your way. They are badass in what they do. Humility is the key to tapping from their well of knowledge. Observe. Learn. Practice. Do it again. Over and over again.

Mentality is everything

Getting jobs is not easy anywhere. Put yourselves in yourself in the shoes of employers and you will understand better.

Just the way you avoid counting losses by not buying overpriced goods, employers are wary of investing in people who will not benefit them now or in the future. Understand this, and have peace.

Understand this, and know that rejection from a few to many companies does not really matter. It also doesn't matter if you apply to 500 companies. Keeping a cool head and staying positive matters.

You see...getting a job can be dicey and it can as well be very easy... It's about having confidence in your abilities. It's about your willingness to go beyond thinking about a regular paycheck to thinking about how you can drive real important value. Once you have got that conviction, selling yourself to any employer is easy. And knowing that not everyone knows the real taste of value becomes easier.

Keep a network that helps you grow

Well, it's a good thing that you don't like doing "pass yourself". But do you know doing pass yourself can be a good idea in some ways? It's a good idea when it comes to picking mentors, and friends. Champ, walk closely with people who are better than you; learn from them and challenge yourself to be an inspiration to others as well.

When the pressure is on...

...keep your head straight. Don't doubt your abilities. You probably might need to get better. But the need to be better is not enough to discredit your journey, all of your achievements. When the pressure is on, when vision goes blurry, when demands are high and your supplies aren't just hitting, remind yourself how far you have come, and remind yourself that you will go farther if put your mind to it.

Humility is key... Too much ego is the beginning of many problems

Don't mistake it for low self-esteem. No, it's not. Respecting boundaries, seeing the genius in everyone, treating everyone like royalty takes you far.

Smart, what does the future holds....

Well, let's learn to face our business. The only PERSON who knows the future holds it. Let's learn to trust God and stay close to Him.
